It was a beautiful day for the community to visit the AgriPlex for the Total Spring Show. Venders set to sell their merchandise and for those not selling, to explain how they can help with a wide range of house and property issues.
Platte County Weed and Pest set a table with a wide range of information sheets to ask about. Cheat grass, thistle, grasshoppers, and a wide variety of products. Warmer weather is right around the corner. Questions like “I found this in my yard/garden last year” and “What is this” were asked. Advice, information, and business cards were given out to help the community.
On the note of grasshoppers…sorry, we can not predict how this grasshopper season will progress.
